2019 Mountain Cuvée

Dark aromatic notes of boysenberry, plum and mocha are elegantly punctuated with a heady expression of Sandalwood and spice. Ripe black cherry, cocoa, and hints of licorice define the flavor profile, ballasted with inviting notes torrefaction, barrel spice and sweet graham. A rich, full, and weighty entry evolves with concentration through a balanced mid-palate. The seamless, talc-like structure lends support to a lengthy pleasing finish. Made for sharing.
