2012 Two Rivers

It seems as though all is in harmony as multiple characters play their role in this blend. Plum, and cassis, balanced with herbaceous bliss and a subtle barrel sweetness of vanilla and butterscotch. Red and black fruits, graphite, white pepper and a savory umami coat the palate. Structured on the finish as one might think from the combination of these varietals, yet balanced and restrained enough to approach on a casual Tuesday…with a cheeseburger.
