We met David and Connor last year when we did a winemaker dinner for Travel Portland. During the course of conversation, we naturally got to chatting about flavor philosophy, quickly discovered some creative synergies, and decided to do another dinner together. You might be asking yourself "Chinese food and wine?" To which I would answer ABSOLUTELY!
