More gamey, meaty characters appear on the palate, framed by lighter notes of torrefaction and mocha - a perfect juxtaposition to the abundance of huckleberry and brambly fruit this varietal offers. The gushing entry-to-mid palate with easy transitions has a bright little nudge into a soft finish of lingering flavors.
