Our uncommon blend of Pinot Grigio, amphora-fermented Chardonnay, Traminer, and Moscato has its roots in a relatively obscure appellation. This semi-autonomous region of Europe is a veritable melting pot of cultures, so it's no surprise that the white wines being grown & produced there should be beautifully expressive, unnervingly complex and a bit under the radar here in the US.
